LASER WELDING

With the use of OR 300 HTS machinery, we are able to perform laser welding, with wires diameter from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, on all main metal alloys such as: steel, aluminium, titanium, copper, etc.

The thirty years of our technicians experience allows repairs of absolute precision on different types of moulds or equipment and thanks to the latest generation machinery, geometries and tolerances are not compromised as there is no heat transfer avoiding, in that way, any kind of deformations and tensions (as happens with traditional TIG and MIG welding techniques).
